Rock Climbing up Big Cottonwood

Yeah! I miss the mountains when I am away, so we take advantage on our trips home to Utah.

Mitchell has been practicing climbing on a rock wall in Omaha and we were excited to take him climbing up Big Cottonwood.

Fourth of July BBQ

The fourth of July is a big deal for our family. Not only is it Independence Day, but it is also Grandpa Reid's birthday (the big 60 this year) and Scout's birthday. We got together for a BBQ at Chad and LeAnn's and stayed to watch the fireworks at Murray Park.Riley, Brooklyn, Stockton, Chloe, and Scout (the birthday girl)

I realize that I find this funnier than most people reading will, however, for Isaac's posterity I had to post it. Dave and I went to check on the kids in bed the other night and this is how we found Isaac. He always sleeps with his blanket, and it is a little hard to tell in the picture, but somehow he tucked the entire blanket in the back of his superman underwear.
